Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for an imaging support role in a hospital OR setting, providing vascular interventional radiology coverage with BLS and ARRT required.
Details
- Imaging support role in the OR working vascular interventional radiology (IR)
- 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Rotating call every 4th week
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Current BLS and ARRT certification required
- VA license required; candidates with licensure in another state may be submitted with VA license pending (eligible for temporary licensure; note that standard processing time is approximately 8 weeks)
- Both circulate and scrub experience required for OR-based roles
- Epic EMR experience required for float pool and inpatient unit assignments
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of DL and SSN card required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must wait at least 12 months before returning as a traveler
- Up to 40 hours of RTO available per 13-week contract
- Candidates may be floated in accordance with their clinical experience per facility policy
