Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Kansas City, KS, requiring recent Level 1 trauma center experience and ARRT-CT certification.
Details
- Radiology CT department in an acute care hospital setting
- 12-hour weekend night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Holiday coverage required based on unit needs
- No floating or on-call requirements
- GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice CT scanner experience
Requirements
- Current BLS and ARRT-CT certifications required — all certs must be in hand prior to consideration
- Kansas Board of Healing Arts license required if applicable
- Recent Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Experience with GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice CT equipment required
- New graduates will not be considered
- Two professional references required for consideration

- Mandatory 2-day facility orientation held Monday and Tuesday of the first week
- Nicotine-free facility
- Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Candidates from the Great Bend campus area are subject to a 60-mile radius rule
