Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center acute care hospital, requiring ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital with 426 staffed beds, designated as a Level II Trauma Center and part of a large health system
- Cardiac Cath Lab unit
- 4x9-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week
- 6–9 days of call required per month, including 24-hour on-call weekend coverage
- Charting via Epic (experience expected)
- Philips equipment used in this role
- Free parking available on-site
- Scrubs provided
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience required
- ARRT-R, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- State license required if applicable
- Fluoroscopy proficiency required
- Experience with Philips equipment required
- Must be able to scrub
- Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years before being considered as a traveler
- Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved for the assignment
- Flu vaccination is required; declinations are not accepted
- COVID vaccine and booster exemptions are considered for religious or medical reasons only
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
