Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a cardiac cath lab assignment in Tyler, TX.
Details
- Work in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab unit
- Monday through Friday day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, plus every 4th weekend
- Call is rotated approximately every 4th weekday and every 4th weekend, with call on Saturdays including up to 6 hours of work for scheduled inpatient procedures
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), and CCI RCIS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- State license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- First-time travelers may be considered — check with your recruiter for details
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Candidates residing in the following Texas counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
- No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved; no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
- Travel pairs or groups are not accepted for this position
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
