TL-IOM, LLC is an independent intraoperative monitoring company performing intraoperative monitoring for several local physicians. We work at four local facilities here on the western slope in Grand Junction, Colorado. We strive to perform optimum patient care in a quality work environment. We are a small, close knit company.
