Description
Elevate Specialty Management supports surgical teams across the United States with neuromonitoring technologists. As part of our integrated model, technologists work alongside clinical teams to safeguard patients’ neurological function during surgical procedures. We are now seeking skilled and dedicated Certified Neuromonitoring Technologists to join our mission.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Set up, calibrate, and operate neurophysiological monitoring equipment (Cadwell Cascade Pro) during surgical procedures.
Monitor and record patients’ neurophysiological signals to assist surgeons and anesthesiologists.
Recognize and communicate significant changes in neurophysiological data in real time.
Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedures and patient data.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Perform equipment troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or science-related field (preferred).
Completion of accredited training in Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM).
Certification by ABRET or eligibility to obtain certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and related surgical procedures.
Proficient with SSEP’s, MEP’s, spEMG, tEMG, EEG, and TOF
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain focused and detail-oriented in high-pressure surgical environments.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
